Six days with your own guide and car: Kathmandu's UNESCO sites, a jungle safari in Chitwan and the lakes of Pokhara.
Your guide meets you at 9:00 for about six to seven hours among Kathmandu's best-known monuments: Swayambhunath (the Monkey Temple), Boudhanath Stupa, Pashupatinath Temple and Kathmandu Durbar Square. You are then taken back to your hotel.
Leave at 8:00 for the drive of about 158 km to Chitwan, which takes six to eight hours. On arrival you are welcomed with a drink and time to rest. After lunch, take a jeep safari of about three to four hours in the national park. In the evening there is dinner and a Tharu cultural dance.
After breakfast, take a canoe ride on the Rapti River and go birdwatching. The rest of the day is free to relax at the lodge or walk around Sauraha.
Drive about 145 km to Pokhara, which takes seven to eight hours. After arrival, take a short walk around Phewa Lake and a boat trip to the Barahi Temple on the island.
Visit the Sarangkot viewpoint, Bindhyabasini Temple, Devi's Falls, Gupteshwor Cave and the International Mountain Museum. A short hike to the Peace Stupa is optional.
Drive back to Kathmandu, a journey of about eight to nine hours. Your guide drops you at your hotel or the airport.
